Foremarke Hall Pre-Prep runs our own “Forest Schools” programme. This allows us to use our environment as a learning tool, from building shelters for the three little pigs, to making rockets from fallen foliage, to following clues on the hunt for Goldilocks! Children are inspired to explore and be creative and are encouraged to use imaginative learning. The forest floor becomes a blackboard, twigs and conkers become counting tools, the outdoors becomes an engaging classroom.
The curriculum is enhanced through a variety of educational visits around the local area and further afield, as well as visitors coming in to the Pre-Prep to work with the pupils.
